Healthy Goat Cheese Lettuce Wrap

We are never short of inspiration when it comes to eating goat cheese! This is one of our favorite healthy methods...

Assemble the following: goat cheese of your preferred variety (this is a basic chevre), cooked brown rice, salsa fresca, and some baby lettuce with leaves about the size of your palm... Spoon goodies onto leaves, wrap and eat...yum!

Now go get creative: guac, hot sauce, quinoa, kimchi. The sky's the limit!
